Today, I was successful in shouting AGENT into an automated call menu today to get to an actual agent.

    Ha nice, JAMES THE HACKER also uses a chat application with agents that call him if the chat collected enough data and he will join the conversation. I had fun with him.

    TBH, it'd probably send you to an agent if you put incorrect numbers a few times or didn't respond for a while — protein interface is always a failsafe in IVR systems. But congrats anyway.
