@jestdotty II got my ribs and nose broken by my stepfather and always hated him for beating me as a kid, but now I have become him. Problem is I'm not intentionally doing this. It's almost automatic and I get blacked out. She makes so angry just with her vicious words. Anyway, I am aware that I am at fault. I need to think about a solution, or at least live separately. She's in her first trimester I guess that's why she's being so rude.

@jestdotty To think what happened last night is real is really scared. I twisted her hands, arms and headbutted her head and nose. She said those areas are sore today. But no visible marks or damage.

I work my ass off everyday and my wife stays home spending my money, eating my food, and living in my house.
Everyday we get amazon deliveries. There goes my money.
Either way, I don't say anything to her.
And now she says all I talk about is how tired I am and I just lay down and play chess after work. I'm getting verbally abused in so many ways and I'm wondering how does a person have the audacity to say such things.
Anyway, I started beating her without any marks or severely until she understood. But it's been a year and I don't think this person understands a simple request "stop verbally abusing and disrespecting me". It happed again last night, she is definitely depressed/sad in the morning. And I feel bad, but today after work I don't plan on going back home. Don't want to deal with that. I rather go to bars and just sit there.
