GNU/Linux reads like they/them pronouns. Just as cumbersome to say.

Some of the people pushing to say GNU/Linux would actually chew on their toenails during meetings. Foot to mouth in a meeting. Let that sink in.

@12bitfloat didn't know it. Interesting, but seems dead? Anyway, I am not very positive about alternatives for the Linux kernel because they will all lack driver support. I think so many people contributing drivers is the true power / magic of the Linux project.
