@scor I had some leftover melted chocolate. So I reheated some fried chicken tenders from last night. Dipped those in the chocolate. So I had poulet au chocolat. It wasn't great, but wasn't terrible. I used up the rest of the chocolate.

this just feels wrong to me
but then again I don't like Chinese food because it is combining sugary things with meat -
It tastes like a sea salt chocolate almost. Because of the salt taste from the bacon. It isn't bad.

@BordedDev I will taste it again tonight. I am thinking 3-4 stars, but I am thinking I need higher quality chocolate. I used a dark sweetened baking/melting chocolate.
