OK, today I tried to install Windows 10 on my laptop. The laptop was working fine, until I tried booting from the stick

Now I can't even get into the BIOS, even without having inserted the stick

https://streamable.com/tsp4n (that's me trying to boot it)

Does anyone have a clue why and how I could fix it?

    EDIT: thanks^^

    @matsaki95 it's usually the Delete key for me, but it doesn't even get that far .-.

    And I can't afford a hardware fault... fml

    @ewpratten i'll try that, if I find the right tool to open my laptop (the screws are incredibly tiny)

    Thanks for the tip :)

    @matsaki95 thanks for the hint

    I'm at a friend's house now, he might have a toolset that I can use

    @zlice thanks, I'll need it ^^'

    You could try what happens if you boot without the hard drive. Maybe it's related to UEFI Fast Boot.

    @electrineer I'll try that if resetting the BIOS doesn't work, thanks for the suggestion :)

    @Krokoklemme you should try what electrineer said first, it’s easier to take out the hard drive then reset laptop bios

    I didn't see the OEM logo showing up.. Can you tell us what did you change before? Also, if you have other peripheral connected, try disconnecting them.

    @MrCSharp the Asus logo does show, maybe I just missed it one the video

    And before that, I only added my USB stick as a boot option and set it as the first one, nothing else

    And the only peripherals I had connected were a mouse adapter and the pendrive. Already tried it without them attached, didn't change anything

    @Krokoklemme So did you succeed? Another thing you should maybe check is did you set up the windows install for MBR or GPT.

    @DaveLV still haven't tried yet tbh ^^'

    And I didn't set it up for anything, I used the Win10 Creation Tool

    And I don't think it's Windows' fault, since I currently have Ubuntu running on it and it's still not booting

    @Krokoklemme alright... so the OEM logo shows up then it goes to a blank screen? is it possible for you to remove the hard drive temporarily just to see if the BIOS/UEFI is going to complain?
    I know you probably did this, but did you try to go into the BIOS/UEFI settings and revert the boot order changes you made?

    @MrCSharp I have yet to try removing the hard drive

    And that's the thing: the OEM logo pops up, black screen and then nothing

    I can't even *get* to the BIOS to do that .-.
