@Prk123 Hela, the Norse goddess of the dead. She's half living, half rotted (Kinda like the duck above). Fair and neutral judge, keeper of the dead, etc. etc.

Hela from Marvel's Thor is a dramatization, and refashioned as a villain, so they're quite different, even if they're supposed to be the same person.
