It's also mostly self hosted with a third party, GDPR compliant, CDN (I did learn many things integrating Blazor WASM with a CDN)

It was more of an inner rage.
A client's manager was trying to getting rid off of me as soon as he could(budget cutting from their client, but still), so he asked my team lead any negative or pity feedback on any issue or misunderstanding that I encountered during work and he was using that as an excuse to tell my agency that I should leave.

Fine, I thought. He's all hot raging air style guy, he can't stand someone that's fine with his character.

But after leaving (2 days earlier than said before even) and when I received the income next month I realised that something was off, and guess what?

That DEEPSHIT refused to pay 6 out of 12 last working days there. So my agency argued with them but can't do shit because they're the "paying client" and the negative sentiment was redirected at me, for making them almost loose that client because of my behaviour.

FUCK THAT PRICK, he touched where I was never touched in my career, stealing from my work and pokets!

1) After many years of development the thing that grew the most is my capability to troubleshoot much more easily most issues, both physical or virtual, with greater enjoyment from such accomplishments.

2) The power to create something from nothing is a great feeling, especially if you keep on personal projects and most of your dev passion you keep it outside the working environment.

3) Career paths can easily be opened in case you live development as an infinite cycle of adaptation and improvement.

GET Requests with a BODY as a payload are legit and stop living in denial!

I'm fucking sick of seeing ignorant people(on SO or GitHub) coming up with the generic advice, on HTTP GET issues with having a BODY as a payload, to don't do that or you shouldn't, yadayadayada.

It's not a fucking issue at all in general, because as RFC-7231(https://tools.ietf.org/html/...) sais:
"A payload within a GET request message has no defined semantics; sending a payload body on a GET request might cause some existing implementations to reject the request."

So, if your fucking server can't handle them(aka living in the past), [rest] in peace and suck it up!
(ps, I happen to use modern servers)

But why should you limit a fucking front-end framework(ex. Angular) in the first plate to being able to send such requests?!
It's a moronic limitation and the person or team responsible for it are at least clueless and as far the issue has reappeared through time, for how old is Angular, they didn't move an inch.

Setting up dockerfile with ENV(from Visual Studio) was such a stressful endeavour from the point of view of someone that doesn't work daily with containers that I'm wondering how you master folks of net core and docket live and breath.

The gotcha was to put the ENVs at the first FROM from which the running environment was going to execute the WebAPI and not later on where there is the ENTRYPOINT point

For 2020 I want to achieve more insight of my already running collaboration service/tool for businesses by talking more to managers, chiefs and workers.

And for a better internet community a GUI for NGINX for home servers (any PC) that could interface with purchased domains to make configuration become automatic, to make self hosted web-apps/services more accessible and streamlined.

I'm kind of lost guys 🤔(from the point of view of the career path).

Currently I'm unemployed and looking around for a new job inside and outside Italy, but most of them are quiet mediocre, from the point of view of salary(is hard to reach 40K pre-tax in Italy) or actual interesting work to do.

Leaving that aside, up to now I was always able to deal with any job that I had at hand, despite the industry, and this leaves me with an empty goal in the software development career because I feel capable to adapt to any technical environment.
The business side was always a second thought because it's quite boring most of the times(but I might change mind I think, given the chance).

And if you ask me what I like, I would say anything technically interesting/challenging, so no real preference here 😕

Have you ever had such period in your career?

Dear HR people, if you don't provide enough info about the positions that you have at hand forget about me wasting time on call-first acknowledgements to later on realize what kind of waste of time it was!

Sure, making business connections is important but without taking into consideration the other side time is all but respectful, in a professional context.

Is there any sane front-end framework that I can choose to learn with this criteria:
- Good documentation(both for the setup abstract and practical guidance and framework hands-on)
- A lot of examples
- Description of best practices in it's context
- Currently maintained and developed
- Uses modern JS(if any) under the hood
- Covers well localization and globalization practices

LINUX MASTERS, I can't believe that linux didn't get rid off yet of the annoying user:group system.

Anyway, I have two pre-existing groups(postgres & www-data), now I need to enable both groups full access to an HD for data storing, currently the owner of /media/"user"/DATA is www-data but I need to enable the postgres group to operate in it.

I seached around and can't get around how to accomplish this, if it's even possible.

Firefox developer fucked up this morning my development after the update -_-

The fucking "Enhancing Tracking Protection" was on a local Wi-Fi IP address(192.168...) which automatically redirected to the https of that IP, but I did setup kestrel to listen on HTTP, which resulted in a nice "Cannot enstablich a secure connection(and suck it up because ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)"

Fortunately it's easy to get rid off this cunt, just go on the shield nearby the address and disable that motherfucker.

ps: sorry for the lil rage, my morning train trip development brain cells should not be bothered by this automatic technical troubles

WHAT THE FUCK are you thinking when you force developers to automatic HTTPS redirection when you should know more than anyone that development is 360deg(and not 90 like your mom)

Did any of you have found a viable and reliable email hoster for custom domains that doesn't force you to transfer your domain(just setup the DNS records properly)?
